 Skill Set:

Maintenance Scheduling Business Rules governance
Capture what constitutes a “Maintenance business rule”
Develop business rules management & governance (incl. global vs local)
Define data model(s)
Perform data gathering
Obtain endorsement from the business stakeholders

Systemization of Business Rules

Review how Business rules could be stored in SAP (default option)
If SAP not possible, identify and evaluate other options ( can be any other option like problem solver built in another language )
Implement data model into the system
Design and test initial data migration
Implement ongoing data management processes

Integration of Business Rules into the Scheduling process
Identify and capture use cases
Propose a high level model that addresses rule-driven scheduling, appropriate choice of algorithms/methods for different rule categories and necessary architecture
High-level design for integration of business rules (decision support checks)
High-level design for auto-scheduling
